By accessing or using Wori ("the Service"), a content management platform operated by Wori ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wori is a content management platform that helps creators generate and publish photo carousels and videos to social media platforms, including TikTok. The Service provides tools for content creation, scheduling, and publishing.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Third-Party Platform Integration

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok. By connecting your third-party accounts, you authorize Wori to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf, within the scope of permissions you grant. You must comply with each third-party platform's terms of service in addition to these terms.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through the Service. You grant Wori a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
